This 1920s bungalow

located in Johns Landing was purchased as a rental for college students. The owners, who reside in California, wanted to make some major improvements to upgrade the home and to appeal to potential buyers. Imagine took on the project with a total kitchen remodel, fresh interior and exterior paint, and a new front window. We also refinished the hardwoods, handled minor repairs, and even painted the clawfoot tub. The owners were very happy when they came up to view the house after completion; they were even more pleased to find out we finished under budget. The house sold within 30 days with multiple offers!
